Welcome to the Down Under Experience...
|
Thanks for visiting our web site as we're glad you surfed by! As you can see,
we take great pride in our establishment in order to give you the best possible
"basement bar" experience. Once you have visited the Down Under you too will agree that there
is no other home bar quite like it. Many people have claimed to have "bars" in their basement, but
how many can boast a three-sided bar that seats 13 comfortably, draught beer, top-shelf liquor,
61" big screen TV, 2nd TV over the bar, pool table, foosball table, shuffleboard table,
Widdy dartboard, pay phone, 3-bay bar sink, and more.

Although we have tried to present a picture of the bar on this site, these photos cannot capture the true
essence of the Down Under experience.
This is one place that MUST be visited in person to truly appreciate it. We do not like to brag, but hey,
if you expended this much time, effort, and investment into your place you would be just as proud.
Please check out the ABOUT DOWNUNDER2047 page
to read about the staff, history, and all the features in more detail.

Please check out the calendar of EVENTS to see links to past festivities
or upcoming events. Who knows, perhaps you have already been immortalized in Down Under history and will find
yourself in one of the many photos in the PHOTO GALLERY. Also, once you have
attended one of the many events at the Down Under please leave a comment in the
GUEST BOOK to commemorate your experience!
Once again, thanks for surfing by and we hope that you have the chance to stop by in person
for a visit!

Hopefully you found this site without any detours to the downunder.com web site... or perhaps your journey here
was delayed a few minutes after you finished "surfing" (is that what they call it these days? ) through that
site. If you did "mistakenly" access that site (I know that's you're story and you're sticking to it)
I'm surprised you found your way back due to the endless pop-up browsers (if that was all that was "popping" up). It
seems those sites are like the old Roach motel... once you get in you can never get out (there we go again with the
in-out references - I'm beginning to see a theme developing), but I guess there are worse places to get stuck! Anyway,
DownUnder2047.com has no affiliation with downunder.com, no matter how hard we tried (pun intended).
